Since 1868, the Maryland School for the Deaf has been and continues to be "the first choice" for the families of Deaf and Hard of Hearing students residing in Maryland. Our successful graduates and our current outstanding students are a testimony to the efforts of our dedicated faculty and staff, to our rigorous public school curriculum, and to our wonderful after-school programs.
