Students in Middle School experience more independence,
and rotate classes in small groups throughout the day.
Individually and in groups, they learn English, math,
social studies, and science. More emphasis is placed
on using sophisticated communication technology such
as telecommunication devices and computers.
In addition to the academic curriculum, students participate
in exploratory learning such as theatre arts, technology
exposition and life skills (home economics). Prevocational
studies such as cooking, home care, and sewing are offered
to the Middle School students at the Columbia Campus.
An on-campus work-study program provides opportunities
for work experiences.
