Events and Field Trips

Any events on or off campus must be reviewed and approved by the school and follow all health and safety protocols. Planning for large events will require review with all involved parties to ensure the safety of participants. Approval and scheduling will be contingent upon current health metrics and safety recommendations.
Field Trips
 
Academic and Student Life staff may plan field trips. Planning for field trip locations must be approved by the department head and campus principal. All field trips must follow school policy and current safety protocols. Approval and scheduling will be contingent upon current health metrics and safety recommendations.
 
Groups will be transported to and from field trip locations by designated school vehicles. Safety rules and restrictions remain in place in school vehicles. Eating and drinking inside school vehicles are not permitted at any time.
