The Child Outcomes Summary evaluates the development of young children from infancy through pre-kindergarten. This assessment measures three key areas: positive social-emotional skills, acquisition and use of knowledge and skills, and the application of appropriate behaviors to meet their needs.

The Early Learning Assessment is a formative tool designed to help teachers document and track students' progress, as well as plan individualized instruction. This assessment is used in preschool and pre-kindergarten classes.
