Paid Family Medical Leave
 
Paid Family Medical Leave (PFML) provides eligible employees with up to 12 weeks of paid, job-protected leave during a 12-month period. Leave under this program may be used for a continuous period of time or intermittently. If PFML is to be taken on an intermittent schedule, leave must be taken in increments of 4 hours or more. Where applicable, PFML will run concurrently with eligible leave under the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

Tuition Reimbursement Assistance Program
The Tuition Reimbursement Assistance Program provides eligible MSD employees with reimbursement opportunities for approved education, coursework, testing, and professional development related to licensure, certification, and career advancement. The FY27 Polices and Procedures outline eligibility, reimbursement limits, approval requirements, application procedures, deadlines, and service obligations.
