Corey Burton
Corey Burton is a Director of Enterprise Account Management with ZVRS and Purple Communications. He graduated from National Technical Institute for the Deaf (NTID) with an associate in applied science degree in Applied Computer Technology and a bachelor's degree in Applied Arts and Science with professional concentrations in Organizational Leadership and Change, Quality Management, and Communications from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).
 
Corey was a very active student leader during his tenure at RIT/NTID. He was elected to serve in leadership roles in various capacities, serving as President of the NTID Student Congress, President of the Ebony Club, and as a student mentor of the Student Life team's Step-Up program. After being selected to attend the Collegiate Black Deaf Students Leadership Institute as a student in 2009, he discovered his identity as a Black Deaf person and has since used the tools he learned from the conference to drive his passion in leadership.
 
Corey was Director of the National Black Deaf Advocates (NBDA)'s Youth Empowerment Summit (Y.E.S!) summer program in 2011, 2013, and 2015. He was then promoted to Executive Director of Youth Programs, serving from 2017 to 2021.
